i just googled a nettle eating contest... should see this doods tongue.
you can get like some nettle and elderflower cordial stuff... weird.
i got propper fucked up by those things yesterday. i will never trust an "innocent" looking weed again..

^nettle tea is one of the oldest recipes known - very high in iron.
but yeah i only trust the evil, filthy lookin, resin coated stinky weed

| I go out and collect them by the side of stream where I live once a month for my compost. I have learnt the hard way to make sure I am wearing thick gloves! |
